The chances of him getting drawn are very slim. You'd be better off getting a K-1 Visa. A K-1 Visa is for engaged couples where one party is a U.S. citizen and the other is not. After doing all the K-1 Visa paperwork, it takes 3 to 6 months to process. The non-citizen is then given a 90 day visa to enter the USA. During this 90 days, the couple must get married for the non-citizen to obtain citizenship.
