A. "Is the union between scotland and england illegal due to the declaration of arbroath its still so it must?" It's still what? The common people never wanted it. As Rabbie Burns put it "We were bocht an sold for Inglish geld, sic a parcel o rogues in a nation". He was referring to the corruption in the Upper classes. Sadly something that has never changed.
